Stefina Priscilla Wibisono earned her bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance from Universitas Pelita Harapan Conservatory of Music. She obtained Master of Music and Advanced Music Studies certificate in Piano Performance from Carnegie Mellon University School of Music, Pittsburgh, USA. During her study at Carnegie Mellon University, she served as a graduate assistant in piano accompanying, while she also completed piano pedagogy program and served as a piano teacher at Carnegie Mellon Preparatory School of Music. Her academic achievement led her to be selected as a member of Pi Kappa Lambda – National Music Honor Society.
Some of her other experiences and achievements include participating Euro Music Festival in 2010, winning Yamaha Music Scholarship Award in 2010, participating collaborative piano program at Australian String Academy in 2009, and performing Mendelssohn Piano Concerto No. 1 with Surabaya Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Solomon Tong in 2006. She also participated in masterclasses by late Prof. Karl-Heinz Kämmerling, Tamás Ungár, Klára Würtz, Sam Haywood, Luke Gillespie, Ananda Sukarlan and Dr. Johannes S. Nugroho.
Stefina started to learn piano at the age of four and her principal teachers include Sergey Schepkin, Dr. Mario S. Santoso, Dr. Kazuha Nakahara, Bwee Hoa, Jusak Nugraha, Amanda Soebadi, Linggasari Gunawan, Esther Karlina Magawe Tong, and So Kim Wie.
She currently serves as a full-time faculty at Universitas Pelita Harapan Conservatory of Music and teaches in Sekoah Musicorum.
